After arriving in the U.S. in 1998, JP became a technical consultant at Cisco and Sun Microsystems; his work there was integral to the creation of a complex global taxation engine. He branched out in 2003, founding his first IT consulting company, Win-Win Tek Inc., growing it to over $10 million in revenue in just three years. In 2006, JP merged with JASS & Associates, increasing their yearly sales to more than $60 million.
JP remained active in the day-to-day management of the strategy and solutions business. Three years later, he co-founded IDEA Solutions Inc. from the technology consulting divisions of diverse portfolio of companies, including JASS & Associates, Versatech Consulting, and eBusinessware. Srinivas manages global operations & delivery at Forsys, overseeing the various Cloud practices, products and solutions.

Chandra has over 21 years of experience in Product development & IT, covering various roles (project management, design, coding); business domains (E-Commerce, Insurance, Banking); enterprise & cloud applications. Chandra oversees the Forsys product strategy and manages its global product engineering functions.
Before joining Forsys, he managed a co-development team partnered with Oracle, Inc. and directed Business Intelligence Practices. He was associated with Cisco Systems for over a decade, playing a key role as an architect for pricing services on CISCO’s Commerce Platform. This application processes approximately $40 Billion per year in revenue. He started his career as a senior software engineer with CMC Limited.
Ryan brings fifteen years of experience working with startups and established players in the tech industry. Diverse roles have given Ryan strong insight to key elements of successful technology solutions and products.
Ryan was the fifth employee at WinManagement, a web-based incentives management company that oversees incentives programs for corporations with complex sales channels. Ryan managed customer relationships and also participated in product management.
As Sales Executive at TVS Infotech, Ryan managed the Genentech account, which produced more than 50% of the company’s revenue from US-based customers. TVS Infotech delivered ERP and software development solutions focused on SAP and Java technologies.
At SoftSol, Ryan managed critical projects for marquee clients. For the US Department of Defense, Ryan was the project manager overseeing the $11 million development of DSAMS, an application which handles foreign weapons sales and military training for the Air Force, Army, and Navy.
In moving to BSI, Ryan’s role was Senior Director over marketing and content, managing all US-based marketing efforts and coordinating major proposals for both public and private sector clients.
Ryan then seized the opportunity to join established Silicon Valley entrepreneurs JP Vejendla and Srinivas Vemuri in launching Forsys, a Cloud and Analytics innovation company. Ryan is VP over Strategic Partnerships, collaborating with the industry’s most innovative companies to open new avenues of value creation for clients.
Ryan graduated Suma Cum Laude from BYU, with degrees in history and science. Ryan, his wife Julia and three young kids love to ski, backpack and cycle. Ryan brings a passion for teaching, often assisting with local schools, and has served over 10 years as a local scoutmaster.
Ramesh manages strategic accounts and program management. This involves in analyzing customer requirements, putting together statement of work, budget, delivery team, project plans, and monitoring the overall program success and customer satisfaction. He has led several projects end to end consisting of solution delivery, development of standard operating procedures, crisis management methods, business continuity, and disaster recovery methodologies.
Ramesh has over 25 years of combined working experience in small to large manufacturing industry, high tech semi-conductor industry, information technology companies and government organizations. During his career, he has held increasing responsibilities starting from Business Analyst, Engineer, Supervisor, Production Manager, Project Lead, Quality Manager, Program Manager, Software Developer, Database Administrator, Director, and Senior Director. He led teams consisting of varied levels including senior executives and different time zones.
Prior to Forsys, Ramesh has worked at notable companies such as Bank Rate Inc, Seagate Technologies, Norstan Consulting Inc, General Motors, and Design Plastics Inc.
Ramesh is actively involved in professional organizations. He is a Fellow of American Society for Quality (ASQ), and the past-chair of ASQ Silicon Valley section. He also holds Oracle Certified Professional DBA, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certificates.

Sudha Krishna has over 12 years experience in IT, with extensive knowledge and expertise in building Quote to Cash solutions. During his career he played multiple roles as QA lead, Business analyst, Solution architect, Solution Architecture Manager primarily in implementing and automating Quote to Cash Business Processes.
Sudha is passionate about solving complex problems and loves the process of considering various aspects that drive decisions in solution design and system implementation.

Prasanth Veerapareddy brings in Fifteen years of experience in Business Operations and Partner Management having held various roles in this respect at Microsoft and Forsys.
At Microsoft, Prasanth gained a breadth of experience managing Partners like IngramMicro, TechData etc selling FPP boxes/Office 365. He was also responsible for leading the onboarding and orchestration of go-to-market activities for Global Syndication Cloud Partners like GoDaddy, Verizon, AT&T. His experience is enhanced by his Masters in Computer Science and his MBA in International Business.

Jay is a Silicon Valley veteran with 20+ years of experience spanning Semiconductor, Software and Information Technology Industries with multi-disciplines spanning Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Business Development, Engineering and Program / Project Management.
Jay began his career in semiconductor industry developing application-specific integrated circuits at Epson and was one of the 3-member team pioneered HardWire products at Xilinx that grossed over $35M annually. He then joined a startup Magma-da (later acquired by Synopsys after a successful IPO) in charge of strategic partnerships and business development and eventually handled worldwide sales ops focusing on forecasting, deal desk support and comp plan admin with a $200M revenue run-rate. He later joined Vidyo, the start-up behind Google Hangouts technology, managing SFDC, CPQ, CLM and various marking automation apps support Sales and Marketing teams. He subsequently provided project management (PM) and business analyst (BA) support at Western Digital as part of the New Product Intro
(NPI) committee and at Cisco supporting Deal Order Management and SaaS Annuity Ops.
While at Forsys, he has provided PM support and delivered multiple successful CPQ and eCommerce implementations. He also mentored team members in expanding collective team skill sets, capabilities and commitment in achieving highest customer satisfaction.

She has rich experience working for companies, big and small in the US, Europe and in India. She started her career as a Software Engineer at Siemens AG (Germany) and moved in to the HR space to pursue her interests in people relations. She has been part of the HR/recruiting teams at various technology start-ups and Google Inc.
She has over 20 years of experience in the Technology and HR realm. Her skills include Whole-cycle recruiting, Multi-state payroll, Employee management and retention.
Sripriya received a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Madras University, with a post graduate diploma in Computer Science. She went on to pursue a HR certificate from Cornell University. She is currently based out of Chennai, India.
