This Code of Conduct reflects the values Forsys was built on — integrity, respect, and a genuine commitment to doing right by our people, our clients, and our partners. It guides how we operate every day, in every interaction.

Section I

Introduction

This Forsys Code of Conduct guides all employees in upholding ethical standards across every interaction — with colleagues, clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies. It sets the foundation for how we conduct ourselves as a company and as individuals representing Forsys.


Section II

Policy

All employees are required to conduct business honestly, avoid conflicts of interest, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Forsys expects the highest standards of professional conduct from everyone who represents the company.


Section III

Report Violations

Employees who suspect a violation of this Code must report it to their supervisor, manager, or HR. All good-faith reports are protected — retaliation against anyone who reports a concern is strictly prohibited.

Bribery, inappropriate gifts, and entertainment that could create unfair advantages are strictly prohibited.


Section V

Conflict of Interest

Employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with the interests of Forsys. Restrictions apply to outside employment, personal relationships with coworkers, and gift acceptance. The maximum value for gifts is $50 / ₹1,000.


Section VI

Environmental & Health Safety

All employees must adhere to environmental laws and safety regulations. Safety violations must be reported immediately. Forsys is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all.


Section VII

Privacy

Forsys is committed to protecting personal data and maintaining the integrity of private information — for employees, clients, and partners alike. All employees must handle personal data with care and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.


Section VIII

Email & Internet Use

Company systems are business property. Internet and email usage may be monitored. Transmission of confidential information without appropriate security measures is prohibited. Employees are expected to use company resources responsibly and professionally.


Section IX

Discrimination and Harassment

Forsys maintains a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination and harassment in any form. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Unwanted sexual advances or requests for sexual favors
  • Unwanted touching or physical contact
  • Derogatory comments based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or any protected characteristic
  • Creating or contributing to a hostile work environment
  • Retaliation against anyone who reports harassment

Section X

Workplace Violence

Forsys maintains a zero-tolerance policy for workplace violence. Threats, intimidation, or physical assaults of any kind — against employees, clients, or visitors — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disciplinary action.


Section XI

Weapons Prohibition

Firearms and weapons are prohibited on all Forsys facilities without explicit authorization. This applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors.


Section XII

Illegal Drugs and Alcohol

The distribution, possession, or use of illegal substances is prohibited on company premises or during any business activity. Employees must not report to work or conduct business while under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.


Section XIII

Prohibited Substances

Alcohol consumption is not permitted on company property. Smoking is restricted to designated areas only. Employees who appear impaired will be denied entry to the workplace.


Section XIV

Government Cooperation

Employees must fully cooperate with any lawful government investigations. Destruction of documents, false statements, and obstruction of any investigation are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.


Section XV

Dress Code

Forsys requires professional appearance and adherence to a formal dress code policy during business hours and client interactions. Casual attire is permitted on Fridays, subject to good judgment and professionalism.


Section XVI

Health and Safety Rules

All employees are responsible for maintaining safe work environments. This includes:

  • Reporting hazards, unsafe conditions, or near-miss incidents promptly
  • Following all safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Participating in safety training as required
  • Not engaging in activities that compromise the safety of others

Section XVII

Use of Company Resources

Equipment, supplies, and company assets are the property of Forsys. Personal use, unauthorized transfer of assets, and use of company resources for political activities are prohibited. Employees are expected to use all resources responsibly and efficiently.


Section XVIII

Privacy, Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All employees are required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Strict protection is required for:

  • Trade secrets and proprietary business information
  • Client data, contracts, and project details
  • Personnel records and compensation information
  • Any information designated as confidential by Forsys leadership

Section XIX

Immigration Law Compliance

Police verification and required document filing must be completed for all employees on international assignments. Forsys complies fully with the immigration laws of all countries in which we operate.


Section XX

Disciplinary Procedures

Violations of this Code will result in progressive disciplinary action, which may include verbal warnings, written warnings, suspension without pay, or termination of employment. Immediate dismissal may occur for severe violations including fraud, harassment, or violence.


Section XXI

Code Compliance

All employees are expected to understand and comply with this Code of Conduct. Supervisors and managers bear additional responsibility for ensuring their teams understand and follow these guidelines.


Section XXII

Reporting Violations

Employees must report any actual or perceived violations of this Code to HR. All reports will be treated with discretion and confidentiality. Non-retaliation protections apply to all good-faith reporters.


Section XXIII

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Violations of this Code may result in immediate employment termination. Retaliation against whistleblowers is treated as a severe violation and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
