This Code of Conduct reflects the values Forsys was built on — integrity, respect, and a genuine commitment to doing right by our people, our clients, and our partners. It guides how we operate every day, in every interaction.
— Jaya Prasad Vejendla, Forsys Leadership · July 2021Introduction
This Forsys Code of Conduct guides all employees in upholding ethical standards across every interaction — with colleagues, clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies. It sets the foundation for how we conduct ourselves as a company and as individuals representing Forsys.
Policy
All employees are required to conduct business honestly, avoid conflicts of interest, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Forsys expects the highest standards of professional conduct from everyone who represents the company.
